ECO ART WALK 2024 is Hong Kong’s first and only fundraising walkathon where the realms of artistry and sustainability intertwine. It is a mindful space encouraging dialogues and strengthening the connection between people and our city, but also exchange between various communities- artists, small businesses and the public.

Event profits will be partially donated to Hong Kong Dog Rescue, Feeding Hong Kong, and The Fringe Club. We invite everyone to join the effort in protecting our environment and animals, supporting local arts, and indulge in the stories of local small and medium enterprises.

Join us on a day of city stroll to fund-raise and support animals rights, address local food waste issues, and uplift local arts and creatives.

Participants who purchased Ticket(s) on or before 30th December will receive the purchased e-Ticket 14 days before the event. Those who purchased Ticket(s) on or after 31st December will receive the purchased e-Ticket 3 days before the event. If you have not received the ticket(s) on designated dates, please contact us.

Participants aged 18 or below must obtain the consent of their parent/guardian. Concessionary tickets are available to full-time students, children aged 7 to 11, senior citizens aged 60 or above, persons with disabilities and one companion, and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) recipients. Entry is free for children age 6 and under (valid General Admission ticket is required for gradian)

Once completed the registration, no changes in the ticket purchase will be accepted.

Public liability insurance is covered by the Organizer. This does not include personal accident insurance. It is recommended that all participants purchase your own personal accident insurance and other relevant insurance according to your needs.

Only authorised staff of ECO ART WALK 2024, who are well trained in proper handling of personal information, are permitted to access such information.

ECO ART WALK 2024 reserves the right to use the photos of the event for future promotion. Your personal data will be used for the purposes related to the participation in different programs and activities, the issuance of receipts, collecting user feedback, conducting analyses, and any other initiatives in relation to the aims and objectives of the organisation. “ECO ART WALK 2024” walks along footbridges, stone steps, narrow alleys, running into the daily lives in streets and alleys and experiencing the uniqueness of different communities. Individuals must evaluate their physical conditions to decide whether to participate.

The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel or cut short the event if any of the following situations occurs:

1. a) Adverse weather conditions
2. b) Hong Kong SAR government policies caused by COVID-19
3. c) Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism. Any temporary changes or cancellations related to the competition/event will be subject to the announcement on the event website.

The Organizer reserves the right to make temporary changes or cancellations to related events.

Participants may collect your Goodie Bag by presenting the confirmation Email (with QR code e-Ticket embedded) according to the following dates, time and location. Participants who do not collect their Goodie Bag during the below period will not be compensated afterwards.

Remarks : 

1. Please present your “Confirmation Email” (E-Ticket) for identification use at the collection point. 
2. Any participant who cannot collect in person, may authorise someone to collect it on your behalf. The third party must present this Confirmation Email (E-Ticket) for identification use at collection point.
3. NO delay or replacement arrangement is accepted.

Participants can freely arrange the order of visit for the 10 ECO x Art stores. To obtain the Goodie Bag, participants must first visit Mount Zero Books. Also, the Charity Music Finale will be held in THE FRINGE CLUB Fringe Dairy at 7:30pm, those who have participated at the Charity Music Finale should schedule time to go to the venue for the show.

On the day of the event, the Carbon Wallet app is required to use the in-app built-in camera to scan the QR code located in any of the 10 ECO x Art stores. After scanning, participants will earn 25 CW points per store and souvenirs from the stores, participants would earn 250 CW points in total upon completion of route. The CW points can be used for exchange of MTR train tickets, vegan skin-care and eco products, green activities workshop, vegan and vegetable milk, and discounts at shops. Furthermore, new users can gain a free MTR one way train tickets with the promotion code “ECOARTWALK”*. The promotion code is limited on a first-come-first-served basis. No luggage deposit service will be provided, please take care of your personal belongings during the event.

The ECO x Art stores will close at 7pm, participants need to arrange time to visit by themselves.

No. Ticket(s) are non-transferable. Upon discovery of such irregularities, participants concerned will be disqualified and the Organizer reserves the right to reject their registrations for any future events.

Participants are advised to dress in proper sportswear and running shoes for the event, for an easier and more comfortable experience.

Water and first Aids will not be provided. Please prepare in advance. Please seek support from staff if needed on event day.
